When you subscribe to an Ink & Iron product, you'll enjoy the convenience of automatic deliveries so you never run out of your skincare essentials.

How Your Subscription Works

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Ink & Iron to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval you choose until your subscription is canceled.

Billing

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on your scheduled renewal date each billing cycle.

  • Orders are processed using the payment method on file.

  • If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until your payment information is updated.

Shipping

  • Subscription orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after your renewal date.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting our customer support team.

From your subscription portal, you can:

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Pause your subscription

  • Update your shipping address

  • Change your payment method

  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be completed before your subscription renews. Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Subscription Pricing

Your subscription price will remain the price displayed at the time your order is processed. If subscription pricing changes in the future, we will notify you before the new pricing takes effect, giving you the opportunity to modify or cancel your subscription.

Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts available to first-time subscribers may apply only to the initial subscription order unless otherwise stated. Future renewal orders will be billed at the applicable subscription price.
